Malossi have updated their popular “Over Range” transmission kit for the Yamaha T Max 530 with new key components, available from VE (UK).
The new “Over Range” kit for the 2012-2016 model years is built around the latest generation of the Multivar variator, the “MHR Next”, which has improved roller ramp, and drive face angles to widen the gear range. These distinct changes further improves the smoothness of the acceleration and response as well as an improved power curve.
Combined with the new larger diameter torque driver, and fixed half-pulley, which are also included, the “Over Range” kit gives a noticeable improvement over the standard transmission setup.
Malossi products included in the kit are: MHR Next Multivar variator, torque driver, 2 sets of rollers, fixed half-pulley, 2 x MHR grease, torsion spring, and torsion controller, ‘O’ rings, etc.
