NEW - Malossi "Power Up" Clutch Drum For Classic Vespa

Now available through VE (UK) is Malossi’s latest upgrade for tuned Vespa PX scooters.

The new “Power Up” clutch drum has been developed to handle the increased power and torque found on heavily tuned PX scooters by fitting a reinforcement band around the circumference of the basket. The added band prevents the bell flexing due to centrifugal force under high revs ensuring more efficient operation. 

Furthermore the gear wheel is riveted to the basket using 16 rivets allowing up to 16 clutch springs to be installed so that the entire clutch can handle the increased torque and power. The clutch basket has also been lightened by adding cooling holes to help the clutch dissipate the increased clutch heat normally associated with heavily tuned scooters.

NEW - Pinasco 28mm SI Carb Kit For Vespa Large Frame

The new Pinasco SI-28 ER carburettor for the Vespa large frame series has a 28mm venturi and features a raised float bowl to avoid fuel starvation, combined with larger fuel channels to allow maximum flow through the carb. The carb is only available in a pre-mix version with no provision for autolube.

NEW - Malossi Kawasaki J125 & Kymco 125 Performance Products

Malossi have released 3 key performance products for the Kawasaki J125, Kymco Dink Street 125, Kymco Downtown 125, and the Kymco Super Dink 125, all of which are available through UK Importer, VE (UK).

“W Box” air filter: designed to replace the OE filter element. The filter utilises a special fine sponge material to remove smaller particles compared to the original filter, whilst maintaining a higher flow rate of air through the filter.

Multivar Variator: The new Multivar variator has been designed to offer a more consistent and reliable shifting process, with redesigned face and roller ramp angles to obtain the very best power transfer from the scooters engine, whilst offering an extended service life. 

Black “RX” exhaust system: Manufactured from black anodised aluminium and tipped with a real carbon fibre end cap, the "RX" exhaust features a vibration reduction system using three mounting blocks that have been designed and tested throughly to minimise the effects of transmitted vibration from the scooters engine and road surface. 

The “RX” exhaust is 'E' marked for road use and features a vast range of technological advances but it has also been developed to save weight over a standard system, in fact an “RX” system weighs on average just 3.5kg.

Athena have announced their latest 50cc performance cylinder kit for the Derbi D50B motor, which will be available through UK importer VE (UK).

Taking inspiration from their popular AM6 cylinder kit with power valve, the new cylinder adds fitment for many popular 50cc motorcycles from Aprilia, Derbi, and Gilera, giving increased engine revs with increased torque throughout the entire rev range. 

Manufactured from aluminium and featuring a Nicasil plated 39.88mm bore, with a single ring piston and 2 piece cylinder head, its design includes redesigned compression chamber to further optimise performance. The included power valve is vacuum operated by utilising exhaust gas pressure to open and close the valve, thereby not requiring a modified ECU.

The new “Nomad” bag has been designed to store all of those small personal items, phone, sat nav in an easy to reach location and protect them from the elements.
